haha thanks. I don't live in jersey so no worries (in fact, as someone who lived most of thier life in New York, i dislike jersey by default!)

This is cool. You don't see too much graffiti-style art here on dA, which is unfortunate. The only thing I'd adjust would be the red/black background, maybe smooth that out a bit or make it look more like paint or something.
